The Human Resource Course (MMFA13) in the Master’s Program in Management, Faculty of Economics and Business, is part of the 1st semester of the 2019 Curriculum and is a compulsory course. This course is a basic course that provides specific characteristics for students and graduates to have knowledge and ability in managing employees within an organization. This course teaches the concepts and processes of managing employees in an organization to achieve organizational excellence.
Course Profile and History
The Human Resource course provides knowledge about the basic concepts and theories of employee management in organizations. This course emerged during the formulation of the 2019 curriculum based on the development of the external environment in efforts to recruit and maximize employee contributions to the organization. The course load is 3 credits and is part of the compulsory courses in the Master’s Management program.

The urgency of the Human Resource course is that it is a compulsory course for all students enrolled in the Master’s Management program. By taking this course, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of managing employees in organizations to support the achievement of organizational goals.
