Mata Kuliah Platform Strategy di Program Studi S2 Manajemen PJJ masuk pada semester 2 Kurikulum 2020 dan merupakan salah mata kuliah wajib. 

Deskripsi Mata Kuliah

 

 

MatakuliahPlatform Strategy merupakan mata kuliah mahasiswa S2 Manajemen PJJ. Matakuliahini bagian dari konsentrasi Digital Business Strategy. Kuliah dilakukan secara parallel dan berhubungan dengan mata kuliah Digital Business Mindset dan Scenario Planning. Platform Strategy membahas bagaimana medesain, mengeluarkan (launch) dan mengendalikan (govern) suatu platform digital.

CLO 1Mampu mendeskripsikan networked market, open innovation dan digital platform sebagai keunggulan bisnis saat ini dan masa datang.
CLO 2Mampu menjelaskan framework digital platform strategy (design, launch, monetise dan governance)
CLO 3Mampu menganalisis kasus platform strategy dan memberikan solusi dari kasus tersebut
CLO 4Mampu mengaplikasikan platform innovation kit dari suatu bisnis berbasis platform
